Sponsorship Opportunities

This event is not possible without our sponsors. If you are interested in becoming a sponsor, please reach out to Katie Gervasini at [email protected]​ or (401) 316-6149 prior to August 17, 2026 to reserve your spot. Sponsorship levels are as follows:

STARTING LINE SPONSORS ($1,000)

• Your logo as top sponsor on race website and all race materials, including race t-shirts
• Vendor booth
• Starting line banner/sign
• Have your promotional materials in race bag (due by 8/17/26)
• Special sponsor announcements before and during race
• Four (4) complimentary race entries & race t-shirts (please provide names of entrants & shirt sizes prior to 8/17/26)

PLATINUM SPONSORS ($500)​

• Your logo on race website and all race materials, including race t-shirts
• Vendor booth
• Have your promotional materials in race bag (due by 8/17/26)
• Special sponsor announcements before and during race
• Three (3) complimentary race entries & race t-shirts (please provide names of entrants & shirt sizes prior to 8/17/26) 

​GOLD SPONSORS ($250)​

• Listed as sponsor on race website and race materials, including race t-shirts
• Logo on signs along race route
• Two (2) complimentary race entries with race t-shirts (please provide names of entrants & shirt sizes prior to 8/17/26)  

SILVER SPONSORS ($100)​

• Company name on a prominently located sign at refreshment station
• Listed as sponsor on t-shirt
• Recognition on race website

​PRODUCT OR SERVICES SPONSORS
You can also become a sponsor by donating:

• Products (water bottles, fruit, food, product samples, etc.) provided to race participants on race day
• Services used to offset race expenses
